– Freeze 20 minutes

●Choux Pastry:
– 135ml Water
(水)
– 20g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
– 50g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
– 65g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
– 8g Cocoa powder
(ココアパウダー)
– Low heat 60~90 seconds
(弱火 60~90秒)
– Wait for 10 minutes
(10分待つ)
– 2 Eggs
(卵)
– Bake at 190℃ for 25~30 minutes
(190℃ – 25~30分焼く)
●Cream:
– 100g Dark chocolate
(ダークチョコレート)
– 75ml Milk
(牛乳)
– Cool off
