Hey – I need your help.
I’m on a mission to create a world without cancer and I can’t do it alone.
You may remember in 2018 I was a candidate for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man & Woman of the Year Campaign. It changed my life. And it showed me the impact just one person can make in the fight against cancer.
Now, I’m doing the campaign again – this time as an All-Star. That means I’ll spend 10 weeks raising as much money as I can for LLS – competing with candidates around the country to see who can raise the most.
Why take on this challenge again? Grayson and Christine – this year’s Honored Heroes. They are two New Jersey kids – who are just 6 & 7 years old and were both diagnosed with leukemia. The good news is Grayson is in the final months of his treatment and Christine is now in remission. But they both endured hospital stays, spinal taps, blood draws, IVs, pain, hair loss, isolation, chemotherapy and much more. They were just toddlers when they started their treatment.
Now here’s the thing – while their prognosis is good about 80% of all childhood cancer survivors will develop one or more chronic health conditions later in life. Organ damage, fertility problems, secondary cancers – all because most cancer treatments were made for adults, and are toxic to children. In fact, in the last 40 years, there have only been four cancer treatments approved by the FDA specifically for children. LLS is working to change that. And I am committed to help.
Here’s where you come in. I’m looking for 20 people to join my team. People who know we can do better in this fight against cancer. People who want to create a world where kids like Grayson and Christine not only survive their cancers, but thrive for years and years after. People just like you – who know there is a superhero in all of us, we just need to put on the cape.
Our team name is “A Cure for Life” – We’re going to work hard, have fun…and most importantly, raise a ton of money for LLS – our goal is $150,000.
If you want to help, please comment below or send me a private message. The first person to officially join my team will receive this bottle of wine.

If you have a personal connection to blood cancer, I want to hear from you, too.
Together, we will get one step closer to a world without cancer.
Thank you.
